By signing up with our hosting service, you agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with the terms of service described on this page.
- Under no circumstances will the action of SPAMMING be tolerated. You are expressly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk-mailing of commercial advertising, information announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who have specifically requested it. Malicious or threatening email is also prohibited. Violators will have all services immediately terminated and no refunds will be issued. To report this type of violation please forward email with full headers to
abuse@ehostingplaza.com
- You may terminate your service with us at any time. You will no longer be billed in following months, but payments for the current month that have already been made will not be refunded.
- You may not post, publish, illustrate or upload any material that violates or infringes on the copyright, intellectual property rights or trademark rights of any individual or organization. This includes, but is not limited to, all sound and video files/formats, images, and text media. This also applies to linking directly to illegal files or other sites that offer any illegal material (warez..etc).
- EhostingPlaza does NOT tolerate pornography in any form. Adult material is allowed as long as it doesn't grossly offend the internet community and it does NOT exploit children. No nudity, pornography or lewd obscene content may be displayed. Failure to follow this term will result in cancellation of service with NO refund.
- Backups are provided, however the customer is the sole party responsible to upload a backup to your own computer. We cannot guarantee an available backup in the event of a major system failure.
- You are responsible for your own site and content. If a site is trasmitting unlawful or copyright infringement content, it will be terminated without a refund!
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the hosting service, use of the service, or access to the service.
- From time to time, it may be necessary to interrupt the service for very brief periods for routine maintenance. In the event of longer interruptions, we will endeavour to minimize these interruptions to the best extent possible.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
- YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EHOSTINGPLAZA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- EHOSTINGPLAZA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
- NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT COURSEFORUM TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF COURSEFORUM TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
